As I am part of the last Lifelong Learning Network to be established through HEFCE I have a responsibility and I am driven towards engaging with as many employers, educators, businesses and individuals as possible. The network is very focused on enabling employers to help up-skill their staff to enable the Lancashire’s creative economy to continue to compete on not only a local or regional level but also on a national and international platform of excellence within the D&CI sector.
